As our products are handcrafted, natural variations in leather grain, color, and texture are inherent to each piece and are not considered defects. These characteristics make every item uniquely yours.
Shipping Policy
We offer free shipping on all orders over $49.99 within the continental United States. Orders ship within 1-3 business days after processing, with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days. Tracking information is provided via email once your order has shipped.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging. Custom-made and engraved items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Customization Terms
Custom and personalized orders require a production time of 3-4 weeks. A proof will be sent to you via email for approval before we begin production. Custom orders are non-refundable once the proof has been approved and production has started.

We only collect information necessary to fulfill your orders, including your name, shipping address, email, and payment details. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
